Pure the filling ingredients all over the rice in skinny layer of 2/3 of the way down form the top and Starting at the bottom roll the sushi mat up and above the sushi, gently pressing down to stable and compact the rice. Remove the mat and cut the sushi into 1-inch pieces. Serve with gari, wasabi and soy sauce for dipping. But don't pure soy sauce over the sushi just put it on the side and let user to use it as much they want.
