Inari Sushi

Inarizushi is a simple and inexpensive type of sushi easily available in all sushi restaurants and easy to make at home, you all can eat sushi and it's easy to make sushi at home. Inari sushi is a bag of deep-fried tofu filled with typically just sushi rice. The basic reason of its name is after the Shinto god Inari, who is supposed to have an attachment for deep-fried tofu. The bag is normally shaped as deep-fried tofu (abura age). Regional variations include bags made of a thin omelette (fukusa-zushi or chakin-zushi). It should not be confused with inari maki, which is a roll filled with flavored deep-fried tofu. A very huge type, sweeter than normal and often containing bits of carrot, is popular in Hawaii, where it is called "cone sushi."
