Serving Sushi
Serving sushi is another art. Use your imaginations when serving any type of sushi. Coloured plates are most likely referred to serve sushi as compared to white ones. It is preferable to use unusual plate shapes such as oblong or square plates rather than round ones. If you have special Japanese sushi platter called lacquer sushi platter then it would be a nice serving as well. Sushi serving does not include only platters but it also required special attention on placement of sushi in plates, arrangement should have a good balance of colour and should present the variety of ingredients and give an impression of plenty. Serve soy sauce in a small individual dipping or in parties serve in small bowl with a spoon and don't forget to put soya plats for individual use. Serving sushi in a best way is another tip to add interest in sushi.
